The Council plan to ensure that they will all be linked to utilities, allowing construction of the houses to take advantage of the infrastructure already in place off Holehouse Road.

The Works comprise the enabling works for future self build plots including: - The construction of the access road Underground drainage serving each of the plots, including disconnection manhole/chamber within each plot. Underground services to each plot. further information is included within the tender documentation.. The statement for sub-threshold (Site) notices: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
