NHSGJ0069/22 Supply and Maintenance of Vending Services
Notice Description
There is the requirement for a new site wide contract to be awarded to one single supplier. The Board will consider the following options: Option 1 Lot 1 - Purchase and Maintenance of Vending Machines Option 2 Lot 2 - Fully Managed Service of Vending Option 3 Lot 3 - Rental and Maintenance of Vending Machines Suppliers are asked to submit bids against all three options, however, only one option will be awarded by the Board. Please refer to Appendix 1 provided for full details of requirements.
Lot Information
Purchase and Maintenance of Vending Machines
There is the requirement for a new site wide contract to be awarded to one single supplier. The Board will consider the following option: Option 1 Lot 1 - Purchase and Maintenance of Vending Machines Please note that only one lot will be awarded. Please see Tender documentation for full scope of requirements.. Please note a mandatory site visit will take place within NHS Golden Jubilee on Wednesday 23rd of November 2022 at 9.00am. Please email angelika.koblik@gjnh.scot.nhs.uk to confirm attendance and provide the name and designation of your representative by no later than 4pm on Friday 18th of November 2022.
Options: Where there is potential for further associated products and services, in addition to those stated within this Contract Notice, NHS Golden Jubilee reserve the right to utilise the expertise and purchase from the awarded supplier, to expand on this scope to address other associated, adjacent or aligned products or services which may arise. It should be noted though that these potential future projects are in no way conclusive and may not progress. NHS Golden Jubilee reserve the right not to progress these.
Renewal: Optional extension 3 x 12 month periods to be taken at the Boards discretion.

Economic Operators with a score of 50 and above will be deemed to have evidenced financial stability to complete this Contract. Economic Operators who do not meet a score of 50 will not be considered."
