Individuals who are certified as blind and partially sighted or non-registered individuals suffering bi-lateral sight loss which has a substantial and long-term effect on daily living. Attached is Briefing Document which provides information regarding the proposed service as well as a Questionnaire to be populated and returned by 12.00 Friday 11 November 2022. Responses to questionnaires will not be evaluated but will be used to determine market capability.
