This is not a procurement process at this stage. Scotland Excel is currently looking at options for a third generation framework (previously Care Homes for Adults with Learning Disabilities Including Autism), and wishes to engage with a broad range of providers for these services. Please note, we may potentially expand to wider care groups such as Mental Health, Physical and Sensory Impairment.. Anticipated development of a third generation framework agreement for specialist residential services for people with Learning Disabilities Including Autism who need intensive care and support in a 24 hour setting, and have complex needs which may include autism, mental health problems or behaviours which challenge services.
