Notice Description
The council required a system to record accidents/incidents to employees and those who may be affected by our operations. All incidents and near misses in the workplace require reporting through the incident reporting system. This can include members of the public, pupils, service users and contractors. The system will also be used to scrutinise health & safety performance across the council and requires the ability to perform trend analysis. The system is also required to store historical data to fulfil civil compensation claims and to meet the requirements of Freedom of Information Requests.
