This Contract Award Notice follows the award of the negotiated contract for Customer Portal and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Solution. The online platform allows for better digital access for customers and allows the Council to develop new ways of delivering better customer services and the demand for digital access for services will be met. The solution is fully integrated with the Contact Centre Customer Relationship Management and allows customers and customer service agents to view the entire history of transactions, irrespective of how these are requested.. The value will not exceed 114,000 GBP for the duration of the contract
