PURCH2141 PROVISION OF SSPS GOVERNANCE CONSULTANCY SERVICES The School Executive has agreed on the need to review the efficacy and efficiency of our internal organisational structure. Further, the School Executive has decided on a direction of travel for a new organisational model which would reshape the organisational structure for SSPS. A set of design principles have also been agreed upon to underpin future changes within the SSPS, along with a high-level/provisional organisational structure. This change proposal has no elements of formal restructuring and there will be no formal changes to job roles or redundancies as part of this project. We require consultancy to lead on the project management, consultation, communication, and delivery plan for the new organisational shape of SSPS. Please refer to the PURCH2141 - Invitation to Tender document for additional information.
