Fully identify and catalogue NLC assistive technology users and the assistive technologies software and versions in use and benefits to the end-user Replace end of life and unsupported assistive technology devices, including peripheral devices such as encrypted Dictaphones and smartpens associated software and platforms Prepare fully functioning M365 compatible devices with the appropriate assistive technology installed and configured for each end-user Support all users through the implementation process Prepare a robust plan for device deployment minimising disruption to assistive technology users Ensure each user is trained on any differences to their assistive technology compared with the previous setup Provide information on replacement peripheral devices
