River Clyde Homes are seeking to employ a suitably experienced and competent company to supply and deliver ICT Hardware to its offices in Inverclyde. The anticipated hardware requirements are detailed within the pricing schedule attached at Appendix C A two-year manufacturer's warranty is required and should be included in the costs submitted. The successful contractor must be able to fulfil any ICT Hardware orders within 5 working days of receipt of order. The successful contractor must have the resource to complete the requirement within this timescale.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: The contract will run for an initial 2 year period. RCH may wish, at its sole discretion, to extend any resultant agreement for up to a further 12 month period subject to the agreement of the successful bidder.
