SANQUHAR ACADEMY - RETAINING WALL REPAIRS The Contract is to remove and rebuild a structural retaining Wall and new ramps at Sanquhar Academy. The work consists of establishment of a safe working area and agreed site set up requirements. Removal and disposing off site of existing damaged and redundant retaining wall. Supply and rebuild structural retaining wall, installing ramps and make good all disturbed surfaces leaving site in a clean and tidy condition.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Scotland Excel is acting on behalf of Dumfries and Galloway Council in the execution of this tender but will not be party to the contract or the management of the contract throughout its lifetime.
