The objective of this scope is to provide an outline of scenarios for offshore hydrogen production in line with the overall objective of HOP2. Based on the scenarios, it will also provide an order of magnitude overview of the energy balance from point of offshore wind production through to onshore hydrogen arrival. It forms part of the Outline Basis of Design / Study activity. For further details, please refer to the attached ITT document.
