Notice Description

The works covered comprise: 1.Isolation/disconnection of services and removal as scrap 2no Air handling units as follows; -Main pool area - located mezzanine floor level. Works to include removal of ducted system and components. -Changing village - located on roof area. 2.Supply/install replacement 2no packaged AHUs all as per design drawings. Note - there will be an element of contractors design works. 3.Supply/install new ductwork system to main pool areas. Reconnect new changing area AHU to existing system. To include all dampers, grilles, diffusers, attenuators, thermal insulation and testing/commissioning/putting to work. 4.Replacement/alteration/reconnection of existing services ie heating, electrical, drainage, controls. 5.Replacement of electric lighting units within existing suspended ceiling grid to both children and adult pool areas only - (area shaded purple on drawing but excluding flumes). Light units to be purpose made to fit into existing ceiling grid size. They can be fitted from the loft area over the pool areas into existing suspended ceiling grid. Approximately 25Nr units. 6.Builderswork -Removal/refitting intake louvres mezzanine floor -Making good areas where equipment removed. -Making good suspended ceiling areas where equipment has been accessed/removed/fitted. 7.Scaffolding both internal and external.
