The Contract is for the review, upgrade and maintenance of catering facilities including any adhoc related services for the operational requirements of the council's catering service. Generally a review is required of the catering facilities and any works required are to be carried out which are not part of the Council's capital programme and new catering equipment supplied and installed where necessary. The Contractor must be able to work with the Council and provide some adhoc services, this will include, but not limited to, the storage of equipment and may include such services as supporting operational contingency planning.
Renewal: 2 one-year extension options
