It is Fife Councils intention to establish a new framework for roof repairs and renewals, with four lots as follows Lot 1 Pitched Roof Repairs and Maintenance Lot 2 Pitched Roof Replacements Lot 3 Flat Roof Repairs and Maintenance Lot 4 Flat Roof Replacements The works will be carried out on domestic and non-domestic properties

Lot Information

Pitched Roof Repairs and Maintenance

General Pitched Roofing and Repairs including emergencies Emergency / Roof Leaks/ Clear Roofs / Clean rhones/ gutters Chimney works including flashing and lead work

Options: "Fife Council may require additional purchases under this contract which have not been specifically detailed in the "specification" however any additional purchases will be in full accordance with the requirements of Regulation 72 of the Public Contract (Scotland) Regulations 2015."

Renewal: 24 months with the option to extend for up to 24 months

Pitched Roof Replacements

Pitched Roof Replacements

Options: "Fife Council may require additional purchases under this contract which have not been specifically detailed in the "specification" however any additional purchases will be in full accordance with the requirements of Regulation 72 of the Public Contract (Scotland) Regulations 2015."

Renewal: 24 months with the option to extend up to 24 months

Flat Roof Repair and Maintenace

Flat roof repair and maintenance covering all of the following areas General Flat Roofing and Repairs including emergencies Emergency / Roof Leaks/ Clear Roofs / Clean rhones/ gutters
