The hub at Raigmore hospital is an integral component of the scheme. There are a number of planned interventions at this location consisting of a new Staff bicycle shelter, a new Public bicycle shelter and a new Public bus shelter. Discussions with stakeholders highlighted the need to maximise the number of available spaces at the Staff and Public bicycle shelters. Therefore three options have been proposed for this site (see table below), only one option shall be implemented. Contractors/Suppliers should price for the supply and installation of equipment as detailed in the Table 1 - Options below and should price for all 3 Options. Only one option shall be implemented. Contractors/suppliers should include for the delivery and installation as described and shall include for: 1. All works and associated civils works 2. The contractor/supplier should include for the connection to the existing electrical supply and should include all panels and breakers as required. 3. The provision of welfare services for their employees (location to be agreed with Raigmore hospital staff, and may not be immediately adjacent to the site works) 4.
