The interim providers will be required to operate within the same terms and conditions that are used for the current Inverclyde Care at Home Framework Agreement. The interim providers will be required to operate within the same terms and conditions that are used for the current Inverclyde Care at Home Framework Agreement. The Provider must utilise an appropriate electronic scheduling system which is compatible with and able to interface with and upload service Visit details into the Council's Electronic Case Management System (ECMS) (CM2000)..
