"description": "Please contact the school directly on 01236 632068 to arrange a suitable time for a site visit. Please note, the school will be closed on Friday 26 May 2023 to Monday 29 May 2023 (inclusive). - Please note some works have to be carried out during school holiday periods and in service days (as listed under clause A35/140), outwith normal school hours (as listed under clause A35/190) and at weekends (for more information refer to Second Stage Documentation - Part 1 Preliminaries) - Tenderers must meet the Council's minimum requirements as stated within the contract documentation, else their proposal will be rejected. - Only electronic returns will be accepted therefore Tenders must be returned using PCS submission postbox by the date and time specified in the Contract notice and/or documentation. - Please adhere to the INSTRUCTIONS TO TENDERERS. Please ensure all the relevant documents are returned with your tender submission ie First Stage Documentation completed and signed, Second Stage Documentation Part 1 and Part 2 completed and signed. - Tenderers MUST ensure that any questions relating to this Tender are submitted via ONLINE Question and Answer Facility on the Public Contracts Scotland portal prior to the deadline for raising questions as stated in the Contract Notice.
