Angus Council is seeking the services of a consultant to prepare two bids on behalf of the Council for the Levelling Up Fund (LUF) Round 3. The Council is looking to engage with consultants who have experience in large capital project funding bids, specifically linked to tourism and transport. The consultant must have previous experience in writing and bidding for capital funding including expertise in the 5 Case Model and HM Treasury Green Book Standards. The objective of this PIN is to determine the level of interest and capability within the marketplace. Through this PIN, Angus Council aims to establish the best route to procure the services of a single supplier consultants who can develop and deliver robust Levelling Up Fund bids. This exercise is being carried out in advance of any formal procurement exercise. It is not a pre- qualification or tendering exercise. At this point in time no date for the formal procurement exercise is known, however it will be within the next 2 weeks. Any information contained within the PIN is subject to change.
