Lot 1
Capelrig House is a category 'A' listed 18th Century House, the planned works are to secure and make wind and watertight the external fabric of the building. The works will see substantial roof structure and covering repairs, drainage refurbishment and enhancement, some stonework repair, and some window and door repair and replacement. All repairs must meet HES conservation standards appropriate to the building's listing The tender route is an Open procedure for below threshold works contracts.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
