The Bidder is required to provide a cleaning service to Public Conveniences within the Deeside area of Aberdeenshire to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for residents and visitors to the area. The Bidder is required to ensure that cleaning is undertaken to the required standards on each visit as listed below, and to meet statutory obligations.

Options: The Council may seek ad-hoc Services for other parts of Aberdeenshire as detailed in the ITQ document.

Renewal: Up to 24 months.
