"description": "The Framework will be established using the sample project for the Cemetery Wall Repairs at Beith and Kilbirnie Cemeteries. The forward plan is to procure future works by way of a Mini Competition, against the Framework when established, of selected suppliers to ensure competitiveness in the market and deliver value for money. Currently, the Council procure these works via individual Tender exercises as and when required. The framework will incorporate the first 2 call-offs (Beith & Kilbirnie) and subsequent projects will be undertaken by Mini-Competition.",
