Housing Maintenance (inc Owner Occupied Properties) Framework
Notice Description
East Ayrshire Council have an expansive portfolio of domestic and owner occupied properties. The Council's tenanted properties are maintained primarily by an in-house team. Housing Asset Services require various sub-contractors to support the team in completing both housing related emergency and maintenance works to ensure they are completed within appointment /target dates and thus ensure KPI's are achieved. Owner Occupied Properties are currently delivered by sub-contractors and this framework has been developed to ensure this same practice is continued. The framework will be split into the following lots: Lot 1 - Flat Roofing Works Lot 2 - Plaster/Render Works Lot 3 - Builder Works Lot 4 - Wet Floor Shower Areas Lot 5 - Timber & Metal Fencing Lot 6 - General Roofing Lot 7 - Vinyl Flooring

The Council shall commission an independent third party business credit report from Creditsafe Business Solutions Ltd. using the Company Registration number supplied by the Tenderer. Any Tenderer who does not meet the minimum threshold of a Credit Score of 30 out of 100 will have their submission regarded as a \"Fail\" and will not be considered further. Where a Tenderer receives a Credit Score between 30 and 50 out of 100, the Council reserves the right to request further financial information to determine the risk to the Council.
