This project is to enable ScotRail to gather information on the Learning Management Systems (LMS) on offer within the marketplace and the new technologies being utilised. Of particular interest will be the following areas: 1) System to be scalable to deliver training to over 5000 users 2) To provide customisation to incorporate and not limited to branding, user groups, hierarchical levels of administration, authoring etc. 3) Illustrates an understanding of user needs and how to demonstrate this using AI or similar 4) Comprehensive reporting function built into the LMS with ability to customise reports to our requirements 5) Able to produce editable notifications to all levels of users and admins 6) Capable of managing classroom-based training as well as eLearning, Live online sessions, podcasts, and Webinars etc and any resources associated 7) Function to provide editable certificates 8) Content to be accessible form any device and location 9) System to have a mobile App compatible with Android and Apple devices 10) Classroom courses that can be booked on by user and/or authorised by line manager/administrator with waitlisting if class reaches capacity.
