180912 Moray Pathways Employability Partnership Framework
Notice Description
The Moray Pathways employability partnership are looking for a range of support organisations and training providers who can deliver a range of services to people of all ages. The partnership works with individuals who are unemployed, further from the labour market to support them to move towards and into learning, training or work. There will also be support to help those who are low skilled and on low income to progress in employment. The Moray Pathways Employability Partnership resource receives annual funding from Scottish Government and is committed to community wealth building. The Moray Pathways Local Employability Partnership follow the following 7 key principles. - Treating people with dignity and respect, fairness and equality and continuous improvement - Providing flexible, needs based and person-centred support - Employability services are straightforward for people to navigate and there is no wrong door - Integrated and aligned with other services - building on the Scottish Approach to service design with the user at the centre - Providing pathways into sustainable and fair work - Driven by evidence including data and the experience of users - Support more people to move into the right job, at the right time The anticipated scope of services covered under our Pathway may include, but are not limited to, the following list: Engagement Needs Assessment: Keyworker relationship building Matched to a mentor from Mentoring Young Talent Person centred action planning Career advice, information and guidance Needs assessment Barrier Removal: Life Skills Health & Wellbeing Outdoor learning Creative learning Digital skills Personal Development Money management Volunteering Housing support Substance misuse Offending support Numeracy Support Vocational and Accredited Activity (pre work placement): Team building Industry visits Sector linked short courses Placement interview preparation Employer Engagement: Support to find and participate in work based placement/s and/or (time bound) with public, private and third sector local employers. Job carving and in work support: Tailored job coaching and job brokering with employers Support the selection and retention of people experiencing disabilities/health conditions Support the application of accommodations and adjustments to work duties A mix of procurement routes are currently being considered and it is likely that a number of quick quotes will be issued via this portal whilst a longer term flexible framework is being designed.
