Paisley Museum Reimagined (PMR) is looking for a Digital Production company with expertise in the design, software, development and implementation of digital interactive displays for use in Visitor Attractions and/ or museums. This company will have experience in developing digital displays that have attractive and engaging user interfaces for the visitors, that also have a user friendly content management system that the museum staff can update with new content and create new displays going forward. This company will work with the PMR Client team and partners to produce 10 High Quality digital displays. We are seeking a company that has all the talent and resources required to deliver our requirements. This includes suitable staff with the required skills and talents, all the equipment and software and other resources to deliver this important contract for Paisley Museum. Note this contract is for services - there is no hardware required in this contract, this will be delivered by another contract. Also note: PMR are providing the content for these screens - this will predominantly consist of images, videos, sound files, text. The contractor will provide the functionality. The procurement is being conducted in two stages: Stage 1 is the selection stage. Stage 2 is the award stage. This company will have experience in developing digital displays that have attractive and engaging user interfaces for the visitors, that also have a user friendly content management system that the museum staff can update with new content and create new displays going forward. This company will work with the PMR Client team and partners to produce 10 High Quality digital displays. We are seeking a company that has all the talent and resources required to deliver our requirements. This includes suitable staff with the required skills and talents, all the equipment and software and other resources to deliver this important contract for Paisley Museum. Note this contract is for services - there is no hardware required in this contract, this will be delivered by another contract. Also note: PMR are providing the content for these screens - this will predominantly consist of images, videos, sound files, text. The contractor will provide the functionality. This package is to create and install a user-friendly Content Management System (CMS) for use by museum staff and up to 10 bespoke interactive displays which are created and managed using that CMS. PMR refer to this type of interactive display as an E-Intro. Please note that e-intro is an internal PMR term for this type of digital display and it is not an existing product. Bidders must self-declare as part of the SPD (Scotland) that they will have the requested insurance cover in the the SPD and Contract Notice, or commit to obtain the insurance prior to the commencement of the Contract. Bidders unable to commit to obtain the levels of insurance detailed in the SPD will be assessed as a FAIL and be excluded from the competition. Where an economic operator wishes to be considered for selection under this contract but cannot meet the turnover or D&B score that economic operator must provide financial information which will satisfy the Council that they have an equivalent level of economic and financial standing. Where the economic operator relies upon the capacity of other parties in respect of selection and/or performance of the contract, then dependent on the nature of the arrangement the Council may require full disclosure of financial information in support of the bid. For example, where the bidder identifies as a consortium the Council will require each consortia member to meet the financial selection requirements contained in the procurement documents."
