The Social Security Directorate within Scottish Government (the Purchaser) are progressing an open procurement to seek a Service Provider who can recruit participants for user research and will manage the payment of incentives to those participants to meet the demands of the Social Security Programme. The Service Provider must be able to support this work by providing access to user research participants, and have the resources to manage the process of engaging participants in user research and handle the payment of incentives (as required).. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
Renewal: The initial contract is for a period upto 31st March 2024. An optional extension period may be utilised for up to a 2 years (4 x 6 month options).
