Lot 1
Linstone Housing are seeking to establish a Four Year Measured Term Contract for gutter cleaning services with a suitably experienced and qualified Contractor. The Contract is intended to commence by December 2023 and will operate at an annual anticipated cost of 63000 GBP excluding VAT.. Economic Operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. SPD Document v1.3_0 Question 2D.1.2- Bidders must provide a separate SPD response (Sections A and B of this Part and Part III) for each subcontractor.
