Home Fix Scotland are seeking to appoint a competent and experienced contractor to provide ad-hoc, emergency, Out of Hours Electrical Repair Works to River Clyde Homes housing stock. River Clyde Homes is a 'not for profit' affordable housing provider that owns and manages over 5,800 homes and provides factoring services to a further 2,200 homes in the Inverclyde area. Works will only occur during the following timeframe: Monday - Thursday 4.30pm - 8.00am Friday - Monday 1pm on Friday - 8.00am on Monday Historically, HFS have received circa 20 Out of Hours electrical call-outs per week. However, this is indicative, and no guarantee can be given by HFS as to the volume of work, or value that may be generated from the contract.

Renewal: HFS may wish at its sole discretion to extend any resultant agreement for up to a further two, twelve-month periods subject to the agreement of the successful bidder.
