Notice Description
South Lanarkshire Council's Roads, Transportation and Fleet Services have a requirement to undertake a Negotiated procedure under Standing Order 9 of the Council's Standing Orders on Contracts for the provision of "The Repair and Maintenance of In-House Fuel Management System".

The award of this contract was under the Negotiated Tendering Procedure under Regulation 33 (1) (b) of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 and Standing Order 9.3.1 (b) of the Council's Standing Orders on Contracts. The contract will be for a period from 1 December 2023 - 30 November 2028 with the option to extend for a further period of up to 24 months.
