The aim is to create a welcoming atmosphere from the point of entry to and throughout the ward. We are looking to reconfigure the existing layout to ensure there is clear observation across the ward to enhance the safety and wellbeing of patients and staff alike. Currently the patient group reside in a mixture of shared dormitory rooms and single bedrooms without ensuite facilities. We are looking to provide 12 single bedrooms with ensuite facilities to promote dignity and personal space.",
