An enterprise asset management system providing functionality including- -A single repository for NLC assets including housing stock, corporate properties, street scene, roads, cemeteries, fleet and IT. - A toolset to support capital investment modelling/forecasting and capital spend planning. - The ability to record major components and life cycles against each asset and generate expenditure forecast and 30-year summary reports. - The facility to manage the depreciation and amortisation of assets with a modular suite of reports including the ability to forecast future depreciation. - A contractor module to maintain accurate supplier and contractor information, supply chain updates with invoice approval and document storage/viewing - A flexible and configurable business system with the facility to manage assets from acquisition, operation & maintenance though to disposal as required. - Capability to manage asset maintenance schedules, repairs, upgrades, condition surveys and risk assessments and other typical activities as required. - The ability to integrate with other strategic systems. Examples include: - Planning, Housing and Repairs/Maintenance systems to ensure changes made to assets are updated automatically against each asset. - NLC's CRM to allow customers to report issues with NLC assets and receive automated responses as the work to resolve the issues progresses to completion. - The ability to export data to NLC's BI Hub and provide dashboards and reporting functionality required for day-to-day operations. - A custom report generator for each system module allowing users to build custom equations and layouts. This includes the ability to output data for use in visualisation tools such as PowerBI. - Mobile working capabilities to allow NLC front line staff to complete jobs and system updates while in the field.
