New Furniture

This lot will provide councils and other participating bodies with a mechanism to procure new furniture for domestic dwellings.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Reuse Furniture

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: It is a requirement of this contract that bidders hold, or can commit to obtain prior to the commencement of any subsequently awarded contract, the types and levels of insurance indicated below: ALL LOTS Employer's (Compulsory) Liability Insurance - maintain a minimum indemnity limit of GBP 5 million in respect of each and every claim. Public Liability Insurance - maintain a minimum indemnity limit of GBP 10 million in respect of each and every claim. Product Liability Insurance - maintain a minimum indemnity limit of GBP 5 million in the aggregate. Motor Vehicle Insurance - maintaining a minimum indemnity limit of GBP 5 million for Property Damage, and unlimited in respect of Third-Party Injury.
