In order to be considered, applicants must achieve one of the following: (a) Where the tenderers Dun & Bradstreet risk indicator is 3, the annual contract value should also be less than 50% of the tenderers average turnover over the preceding 2 years (with audited accounts dated within 24 months of the date of the financial check). The Scottish Government have indicated funding of 1,454,960 GBP to Inverclyde Council for the 2024/2025 Heat and Energy Efficient Scotland ABS programmes. Tenderers should note that the funding is not guaranteed and that the information provided is indicative and subject to change at the sole discretion of the Scottish Government. Note: should the funding not be awarded to the Council for any reason, there will be no award of contract from this Tender exercise. To ensure that there is no conflict of interest the Managing Agent must be an entirely independent entity from (1) any works Contractor(s) and (2) the funding organisation providing ECO funding. To ensure compliance with the Scottish Government's funding requirements and to meet the Council's budget requirements, the Managing Agent Cost Percentage tendered should not exceed 11%. Offers received above 11% will be considered non-compliant and will not be considered by the Council. It is a requirement of this tender to comply with Inverclyde Councils General Conditions of Contract, Special Conditions and Service Specification as detailed within the associated PCS-T project. Tenderers will be required to return with their submission a completed Data Protection Certificate, FOI Certificate, No Collusion Certificate, S1 Equalities Questionnaire, S2 Equalities Declaration, Prompt Payment Certificate and Tender Declaration Certificate.
