Notice Title
P25-0030: Atrium Court, Glasgow - Collaboration space and associated works
Notice Description
Scottish Enterprise is seeking to appoint a professional and competent contractor to carry out some design works and internal layout changes within our office in Glasgow City Centre. We intend to create specific work zones to better suit our new way of smarter working and ensure our space used as inclusively as possible, by providing a variety of different settings. Glasgow is our largest location and our corporate headquarters, where the majority of our key business activities take place. We plan to reduce the overall number of desks to free up space and allow us to host larger face to face events on-site and better meet the needs of our more diverse and agile workforce. We anticipate that the contract will commence in the early part of September, and conclude mid-October 2024. The entire value of the contract, including all optional works, which may be instructed, is expected to be in the region of between GBP86,000 and GBP100,000 (excl VAT).
