Main Contractor required to provide full building construction services for the refurbishment of the Dunvegan accommodation block at the Scottish Police College, Tulliallan. The works comprise the refurbishment and alterations existing accommodation rooms (including en-suite bathrooms), corridors and stairwells to 3 No. floors of Dunvegan, including the refurbishment of communal kitchen, laundry and drying room facilities. All existing finishes, fixtures and services will be stripped out and replaced with new, to meet current regulations and Building Standards.
