Whilst this requirement is mainly found in the council's housing properties the works may be required across any of the council estate. We therefore seek a contractor to survey for damp/ wet/ dry rot and carry out the associated remedial works to bring a property up to standard.

Whilst this requirement is mainly found in the council's housing properties the works may be required across any of the council estate. We therefore seek a contractor to survey for damp/ wet/ dry rot and carry out the associated remedial works to bring a property up to standard.. Re: SPD Q3D.1, 3D.2 and 3D.3 Bidders should answer these questions on Environmental, social and labour law in relation to compliance with the regulations covering Scotland and the UK.

Options: Unforeseen connected works may be included on a case by case basis

Renewal: Further renewal options up to 24 months maximum
