It is the intention of the University to establish a ranked framework agreement with a maximum of (3) three contractors to provide the University with a comprehensive cost and time efficient taxi service in and around the Aberdeen City area.
Renewal: It is anticipated that the Framework agreement will be effective from 1st October for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend for two (2) further periods, each of 12 months subject to satisfactory annual review and mutual agreement.
