Notice Description
There is a statutory requirement for the Council to deliver a range of temporary supported accommodation across the local authority area that will appropriately meet service user need and demand. There is wide range of policy and legislation which underpins the delivery and support to vulnerable single homeless people services. The Council is required to take account of the above directives when developing contracts so that people will have the required support to meet their personalised needs at the right time and in the right place.
