Notice Description
Moray Council requires Contractor(s) to deliver, assess and certificate first aid courses, Moray Council gives no guarantee as to the volume of Services required for this Contract Moray Council requires to ensure that its workforce is properly trained in first aid. We currently have around 500 members of staff who require to hold and maintain a current first aid certificate. This also requires requalification training to be carried out for each individual on a 3 year cycle. To maintain all current First Aiders certification within the Council and have the ability to train new First Aiders to the required certification, the Contractor must be able to deliver, assess and certificate the following First Aid Courses, to the relevant standards: o First Aid at Work 3 day Course o First Aid at Work Requalification 2 day course o Emergency First Aid at Work 1 day course To maintain all current First Aiders certification within Early Years establishments, run by Moray Council and also in partner agencies. Have the ability to train new First Aiders to the required certification, the Contractor must be able to deliver, assess and certificate the following First Aid Courses, to the relevant standards: o Emergency Paediatric First Aid

This procurement is being carried out as an open tender, bidders are free to submit a bid for either service area, or for both. All questions contained in the tender pack, available on PCS-Tender require a response from bidders.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
Renewal: This arrangement may be extended for a further period of 1x12 months, following initial contract period
