Lot 1

Managing Agent Services for the delivery of ECO4 and GBIS Flex. Government ECO4 and GBIS Flex scheme provides funding for domestic properties for energy efficiency and heating improvements, providing certain eligibility criteria are met. The successful Participant would manage the administrative side of installations under this scheme, such as gathering information on eligibility, liaising with installers, and passing on eligibility information to the Council, to sign declarations. The Managing Agent will also liaise their own established framework of Trustmark approved and certified Installers, to implement improvements and also provide aftercare to the Property Owner / Private Tenants, where the ECO4 and GBIS energy efficiency improvements have been installed. All Contractors selected by the Managing Agent for installation of the energy efficiency measures must be backed by TrustMark, being TrustMark approved and certified contractors. Administrative fee must be charged to the Managing Agent's own framework Contractors with no cost being incurred to the Council. Service delivery locations include any geographical location throughout the Falkirk Council boundary.. Contract Value (spend on this contract by the Authority) is 0 GBP. The expected term external economic benefit for successful contractor is estimated to be 80,000 GBP.
