ETZ Ltd has an immediate priority to develop and deliver a pilot programme to support companies (mainly SMEs - potentially 8-10) on a 1:1 basis in the energy supply chain to develop their individual company strategy and energy transition roadmap to gain future business within the expanding low carbon energy marketplace. To support the overall programme, it has been highlighted that for SMEs who are yet to establish their fit or initiate their transition to the low carbon energy market, there is a lack of understanding of current and future opportunities in these markets aligned to their capability and experience.

The purpose of this ITT is to appoint a supplier to deliver a pilot strategy shift support framework for a range of company types covering 8-10 companies for pilot period to March 2025 from differing oil and gas subsectors - subsea, wells, facilities, etc, that are seeking to transition and gain further market insight and penetration into low carbon energy markets. The aim is to support companies looking to establish or increase their activity supplying product lines and services required in the innovation, production, manufacture, distribution, storage areas in the markets below. The framework should include the following low carbon energy sectors - Offshore Wind, Hydrogen, CCS, Geothermal, Solar, Wave and Tidal, alternative fuels including battery storage. The framework will enable companies to receive up to 2 days fully funded consultancy support
