Renfrewshire Council (the Council) are seeking to enter into a contract with an experienced supplier to develop the Outline Business Cases for two identified heat network opportunities, to fully assess the viability of the proposed projects individually: - a potential Paisley Central district heating network and - the potential extension to the existing AMIDS district heating network.
