Notice Description
Dundee City Council invites bids for the supply of cycling services. As part of this contract, the council is targeting the Suppliers to provide a variety of specific cycling services to develop more positive attitudes towards sustainable transport choices.
Lot Information
Lot 1
Dundee City Council has secured external funding to support active travel promotion in the city. This initiative will be used to sustain a number of activities. The Council is seeking to appoint a qualified and skilled delivery partner to coordinate and deliver a range of active travel support services. These are likely to include but not limited to maintenance events e.g Dr. Bike, community outreach activities, led rides and walks, multi-modal travel advice (including promotion of bus, e-bike, walking, lift-sharing, electric vehicles and cycling), cycling instruction and maintenance classes. The maximum budget for this project is 45,000GBP per year and tenderers are asked to provide services to that value. (Initial period is one year, with the option of extending the contract for 1 year, plus one year - funding dependent).. TUPE may apply to this contract.
Renewal: 1 year initial term followed by 1 + 1 years optional extension
