To explore opportunities for improving efficiency and value for money, the university is considering options to consolidate these contracts. This could involve merging similar equipment maintenance services into grouped ‘lots’ under a single tender, or alternatively, establishing a comprehensive ‘one stop shop’ contract capable of covering all maintenance requirements.
