    "description": "Falkirk HSCP's In-House Care at Home Service provides personalised care to individuals in their own homes. The service delivers a range of high-quality care and support, including personal care, support with medication prompting and administration and help with daily activities and reablement support. The Care at Home system will coordinate the delivery of this service, managing over 5000 visits per week by sharing important visit details with more than 250 carers. Demonstrations are expected to take place at Falkirk Stadium, 4 Stadium Way, Falkirk, Scotland, FK2 9EE, between 02-04 June 2025. Demonstrations are expected to last between 20-40 minutes with an opportunity for a question and answer section afterwards (up to 15 minutes). To arrange a demonstration time, please record your interest in this notice, and email cpu@falkirk.gov.uk . Demonstrations of the system can take place using Microsoft Teams if you are unable to travel to Falkirk Stadium on the expected date. We anticipate that you will present a demonstration of your live solution that will cover the areas set out in the attached documentation.
