Whole Family Wellbeing Support Service in Angus
Notice Description
The aim of the Whole Family Wellbeing Support Service is to provide a point of contact for pregnant women, new mothers and their family members. The service will work alongside NHS services, supporting the needs assessment and will support the woman and her family to access and engage with early help that they need. Using holistic family support approaches, this will prevent the family experiencing crisis or the need for statutory social work intervention. The service will support families with children who are resident in Angus and match them to the service that best suits their needs. This service is part of the Enhanced Support Project that is a new developing service model in Angus.

Lot 1
To provide a Whole Family Wellbeing Support Service (WFWSS) for families with children who are resident in Angus, to match families with the service that best suits their needs, and engage with families who make a request for additional support either directly or through Maternity and Health Visiting Services. Please refer to the additional document attached to this Notice. This contract is planned for a 1 October 2025 start date and to be in place for 3 years with an end date of 30 September 2028. This Prior Information Notice is to identify interested parties ahead of publication of the Tender and requires bidders to express an interest. The Contract Notice for future competition of this requirement is planned to be advertised around 1st July 2025.
