Notice Description
The Scottish Government Bairns' Hoose Unit is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Service Provider to undertake the administration and associated pre and post-funding activities of the Bairns' Hoose Fund. Bairns' Hoose is a transformational, whole-system approach which aims to delivery child focused services, supporting the recovery of children and their families from trauma and harm. The overall vision of a Bairns' Hoose is that all children in Scotland who have been victims or witnesses of abuse or significant harm will have access to trauma informed recovery, support and justice

Lot 1
Key responsibilities include working with the Scottish Government and the current administrator to develop mechanisms to ensure continuous administration and management of the Fund for 2025/26, distributing funds efficiently, monitoring project progress, supporting capacity building in the sector, developing and refining the funding criteria for the next funding period and evaluating funding applications against agreed criteria. The administrator will also assess project outcomes, provide financial oversight, and contribute to research or cost-modelling exercises through providing reports and insights.. The contract may be extended by up to 12 months at the sole discretion of Scottish Ministers.
