The Council's Procurement Service identified a suitable and accessible Scotland Excel Framework as follows:- Framework - Supply and Delivery of Catering Sundries 1223 Period - 1 August 2024 until 31 July 2028 This Framework is structured as follows: - Lot 1 - Catering Recyclables Lot 2 - Catering Sundries As part of the tender process the Scotland Excel Framework permits Council's to directly select a supplier from the Framework by either direct award or mini competition. A contract is awarded via mini competition based on the most economically advantageous Framework provider able to meet the Council's specific requirements.
