The budget for this tender is set at £330,000. Interested parties must return a completed provider questionnaire by 25th July 2025, with the future notice date scheduled for 15th August 2025. Successful bidders will play a pivotal role in supporting Scottish Borders’ initiative to respect children's rights under article 12 of the UNCRC, making it an ideal opportunity for organisations looking to establish or expand their footprint in the public services sector. The engagement also involves collaborating on the council's Corporate Parenting and integrated children's services plan, making it suitable for entities eager to contribute to systemic socio-educational outcomes in the Scottish Borders region. Organisations equipped with multidisciplinary capabilities and expertise in engaging diverse age groups, from infants to young adults, would be well-positioned to compete for this contract.

Lot Information

Lot 1

The Council wishes to engage a Service Provider to fulfil an independent advocacy service for children and young people in the Scottish Borders. The service will help ensure that the voices of children and young people are at the heart of decision making and their rights under article 12 of the UNCRC are respected.
