Notice Description
Provision of Clerk of Works Services in relation to the redevelopment of the ex-Haghill Primary School. Contract will include 47 new homes and refurbishment of the ex-janitor's house which is a B-Listed building. Subject to funding approval, it is anticipated that works will commence January 2026. A 20-month contract period is expected.
